Age restriction

It is illegal for us to sell alcohol to anyone in New Zealand under the age of 18. If you’re under the age of 18 you cannot shop with us online. By placing an order with us, you confirm that you’re over the age of 18. You’ll be asked for ID when your order is delivered.

Minimum order

Our minimum order for home delivery is $40.

Out of stock

If we're out of stock of a beer you’ve ordered we’ll notify you as soon as possible. Then you can confirm if you would like your money back or wait until it is back in stock.

Prices & payment

All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars and include GST. We accept Visa and MasterCard, using Shopify to securely process your online payment. Your order will show on your statement as being purchased from Steamer Basin.

If you prefer to pay by direct bank payment, please let us know and we can separately arrange.

Damage

If your order doesn’t meet the required standard, we’ll replace it at no extra cost to you. Please tell us of any problems within 48 hours of receiving your order. Then we can confirm your replacement or if you’d like your money back. In case of refund, we may ask you to return the beer to us at No Name Alley, Dunedin.
